Smart Square began with a simple frustration: buying property in Chennai was confusing, opaque and risky for ordinary families. Approvals were unclear, prices varied wildly, and buyers had no one on their side.
We set out to change that. Today Smart Square Properties is a RERA-registered agency (TN/Agent/0280/2025) representing approved plots, lands, villas, flats and apartments across Chennai and the neighbouring districts of Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram and Tiruvallur.
